    Tea Tree Oil (Melaleuca Oil) if you have tried all the other remedies Matt. I used to get Poison Oak bad when I was a kid, as I loved hiking in the back country. Of course, the poison oak grows in the shade of oak tress and along creeks. So, stay in the desert!!! ;)

    Matt, I forgot to tell you, you can get it at Henry's/ Sprouts/ Boney's, etc. in a 1 oz. bottle for about $8, last time I got some. It lasts a long time and you use it on any skin problems including poison insect/ spider bites, cuts, sunburn, etc. There is a direct sales company based in Idaho that markets a large selection of products with tea tree oil in them, called Melaleuca Inc.

    Yes i went to the doctor, and they gave me a shot that only lasted like 12 hours, and a hydro-cortizone creme, and said to also buy some calamine lotion as well. but being highly allergic it makes it more difficult to subdue! Yes it seems to be getting better by the days. but he said it could take up to 3 weeks to go away. its been two weeks already and it seems to be drying up slowly but still itches like a bitch!:eek:
