    BE WARE there is no such thing as a Toyota factory lift kit, so technically, they all void the warranty, even if the dealership installed it for you. Dealerships can be the worst offenders with using crappy lift kits. They are usually done by an off road shop, outside the dealership, and without input from the Service department. Toyota may be more lenient if the dealer did it, but it can still void the warranty.
