    Like I said you need a special pnuematic gun. It's like 40$ per tube as well.

    Find a body shop they shouldn't charge you much to apply it, call your local Napa and ask about the adhesive and then just call around and find someone who has the gun.

    Or you can buy the manual gun but it's like 50 bucks or something IIRC.

    It's tough shit though.

    I'm sure there are other options but this is what I'd do.

    On a serious note;

    The epoxy Max (the American one) suggested, should work fine, if done properly.

    Or you could use a cheaper epoxy, seal, sand, etc...then get a 8"x10" sheet of sheet metal and bed it around the bed (from the outside, that you don't see) and rivet it on each side (make sure to rivet from the inside of the bed out so they don't stick out) that'd be plenty strong.

    Also, (if you can) drill out the ends of the crack to keep it from spreading.

    I'll feed it...

    Look very close at the picture. Notice the bed rails with movable cleats? Remove the plastic bed, and there is nothing but the frame below it.

    Anywhaaay, a steel anything behind the repair will not expand and contract at the same rate as the bed. Cracks will form at the attachment point/glue point.

    You say the PO had a ladder rack? I am wondering if they had a good deal of weight on the ladder rack its flexed and pushed the sides of the bed out.

    This ^^

    I had a 1990 Ranger before my Tacoma with a ladder rack , years of overloading it cracked the metal bed of the Ranger .

    If the rack is heavily loaded , going over dips in the road , the weight comes down and spreads the legs and sides of the bed

    He's saying that it is NOT made of fibreglass. It's composite. Or at least mine is.

    The finish of mine has been worn down (by a dog box, I'm thinking) across the very rear of the "ribs", and that shit looks like fiberglass. Just saying...
