My check engine light came on because of a crack in my exhaust manifold. How bad is this exactly? How much will it cost to get fixed?

You could replace your stock mainfold with some headers, for imporved under hood looks and power

Go find a used one, and bolt it on yourself. There's not really much to it, just be sure and take the O2 sensors out before you pull the manifold off!

You coould probably get all the gaskets at your local auto parts store, and save a bunch of money.

yeah? do you think you could give me a link or something? I pretty much know nothing about exhaust. How much would installation run me? How will it make my truck sound?

    Sorry for all the questions.

If you have the 2.7 4 cyl... a new manifold runs abotu $160 from Napa or Advance.
