My Tacoma was recently in an accident and is being repaired.

...my $hit luck continues! The rental Jeep Wrangler I was given now has a nice long crack in the windshield! Seriously, nothing hit it while I have had it. If a rock had hit it, I would admit it, $hit happens... But windsheilds should not just break when sitting in a driveway. I got in it last night and it was just there.

Of course, during the initial walk around inspection when I picked this POS up, I did not notice any chips or cracks. And also of course, I did not buy the additional insurance for $20 a day since I had no clue how long I would have it. That adds up quick...

Anyways, what can I do? Am I screwed? I dont want to have to pay for it obviously. I feel I may be stuck though. How much is this B.S. going to cost me? Either way, I am sure I am in for one hell of a hassle... Can I put this on the lady's insurance who T-Boned my Tacoma Since I have that damn Jeep because of her?:annoyed:

    What do you guys think?

I ALWAYS buy full insurance with a rental. Even using your own insurance, you are responsible for the daily rental costs while the wrecked rental vehicle is being repaired which your insurance does not cover.
    Good thing, it's only glass.
