2008 Tacoma AC TRD Off Road

Homebrew sleeping platform w/camper shell

So my truck recently started making this horrible sound when I get up to highway speed and it's driving me crazy. It sounds like its coming from the headboard/windshield right above me. I'm asking you guys first in case there's a diy fix. I know these trucks had some issues with needing to have their windshields replaced so I am also asking if that could be my problem. Thanks for taking a look.
