"Craigslist finds" shouldn't be in B/S/T

    It doesn't happen too often, but sometimes folks create B/S/T threads to list stuff they found for sale on craigslist. I suggest the B/S/T seller rules be updated so users only create threads for items they are selling, CL finds belong in their respective region's CL Find Thread (I know we have one for Northeast).
