Hey all, my old man broke his hip slipping on ice. What are some good crampons to wear but not a hassle to put on or off? He just got total replacement today.

My snow knowledge is fort lost in the woods misery. So not very long. Any tips gladly taken

    Tia

    Good luck to your dad!

Google ‘microspikes’. All sorts of products out there so I think the choice would be highly personal…

I have used these quite a bit. Downside is they will catch on carpet and are very slippery on tile. Outdoor use only. With that being said, lots of people put them on a pair of shoes and just leave them on all winter.
