So what happens if you spray starting fluid in the intake as your starting it. If I walked up to your truck as you were starting it my first response would be a fuel issue from seeing the videos. Just me could be wrong.

I don't know how immediate the spark would go away but I turned it over around 5 times and still had spark

I agree...especially now that its run smooth for a second. I had 1/3 a tank when I parked a few months ago. It just occurred to me that between evaporation and being on a bit of a hill it wouldn't hurt to fill the tank up a bit.

The fuel filter was replaced and the injector were cleaned in the ultrasonic so I'd be really surprised if one of the fuel components is malfunctioning. I might need to test fuel pressure next

It's less Tacoma and more mod
Sorry I'm late to the party but this gear appears timed wrong, there are multiple dots on them and I don't believe this big dot coordinates with the two small ones, it should be another small one on the gear on the left that lines up

I actually just went back and looked at all the pictures I've taken and noticed that the day I pulled the camshaft (assuming it was in the right position since the car ran prior) and the double dot was lined up with the biggest dot on the intake cam gear. The lobes also correspond to how other people's 3RZs look at TDC.

Also looking at the other dots on the intake gear I couldnt see a way where they would meet up with the double dot on the exhaust gear at TDC.

    Am I missing something here?
