I've been noticing this horrible sound coming from around the pulleys. It looks as though the crank pulley had a wobble..
Also the knocking started after switching to synthetic 5w-30
Is this amount of wobble ok?

Looks normal to me. I would change the belt and clean everything then see what you have.

To me it does not look like you have any pulley's jumping around. Dirt can make a pulley look like it is moving when its not.

If you take the belt off and roll each ones of those you will know if one is bad. The other thing you can do it see what one is running hotter than the others. If one is failing it will be warmer than those around it. DONT TRY THAT WITH IT RUNNING!

Sounds like you might have an exhaust leak. They can make your swear you have a hard knock also.

That's what I thought too. Also here one of the heat shields rattle on a cold start.

I'm going to put in some rotella 15w40 and see if the knock goes away.

Well if it is a lower end knock I doubt anything that comes out of a bottle is going to help it. Since you have so many things going on it might be worth taking it to a shop and getting a quote on what all is exactly wrong so you are not throwing money at what could be a bad motor.

Hard to diagnose it from a computer. If you can't figure it out take it to a shop and get a well informed opinion. Short of that we are taking shots in the dark with a very limited amount of information and points of view available to us.

Have you ever replaced any of your idler pulleys? That is definitely a strange noise.

I replaced the silver looking one in the video. I thought it was that one because I did the water test and it went away.....I sprayed water on the crank pulley a few days ago and it went away and has yet to return

The motor did not knock what so ever before I put synthetic oil in.

The video is the worst it has ever sounded, today it was noticeable but not as extreme.

    Motor has 190k

Yeah good idea. It sounds like it's coming from right at the header area

I'm with the other people who are thinking exhaust leaks. I heard injectors in the second video. With something that sounded like and exhaust related pulse or tick.

Here's a video from the top
    https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=bdXxbxl163M

When I look at the wobble it does not wobble at the side closest to the motor. It only looks like it's wobbling if I look at the front. The belt does not seem to move either.

Either way I was gonna change the oil to rotella 15w-40

The bearing sound came back this evening so I got out the spray bottle. I'm 80% sure it's idler 2 next to the ps pump. As I sprayed it would stop for a second then come back until about 10 sprays then it went silent.

When the noise comes back and I have the time I will remove the belt and check the pulley

Get yourself a "mechanic's stethescope" : Use mine all the time, at 4$ its a no brainer to keep one in the garage. REALLY helps narrow down sounds like these.

If its one of those pulleys, it will let you know... Also if you have a length of vacuum hose (or similar ID hose) you can use that in a similar manner, might be better for hearing an exhaust leak. Stick one end in your ear and the other around the area the noise is coming from.

(I know the hose thing sounds weird but I was amazed at how well it works when I first tried it and have been doing it ever since in conjunction with the stethoscope)
