The dealership I bought my truck from was kind enough to cram all the new car plastic wrap and crap in my center console. Of interest is this RAPGD Label document thing (see image):image.jpg
Does anyone know what this is? I'm really interested to know about the line UC...does this mean my truck came with undercoating?

Has all the other stuff on that slip been done? If so, I would say that the UC has been done.

Yes it has. All the other stuff shows up on the MSRP sticker that was on the window. It never listed the undercoat. That would be a nice feature.

The reason why I'm curious is that they tried to sell me undercoat spray treatment. If I would have bought it separately then I would have paid for two undercoats? Glad I didn't tack it on if it already came with it.

They will try to sell it to get more $ from you.

    Ha! Never heard that one.

Looks like the undercoat item is signed off on with initials.

I always say no...no...no to all the extra...extra...extras they try to sell.

I use Fluid Film on mine.

That's good to know. Where do you go to get Fluid film? It seems like a good idea to regularly apply something to the underside.

I buy mine in rattle can form from the auto parts store. There are places that will apply it with a compressor and gun.
I have had good results with FF. There are many options out there.

Good to know. I'll crawl under the truck over the next couple of days to see if I can see anything that my untrained eye can see.

I like the idea of this stuff over rubber based sealer. Oil drives out moisture whereas rubber traps moisture.

Yes, I am a big fan of FF. Go to their website. Good info there.
