Crappy dealer, or am I being picky?

If you go into the dealership and tell them exactly what you want and need done, the outcome most times is as expected. If you go in blind, you'll come out with you pant around your ankles. Fuck da man

If I'm asked to replace anything I've already done so myself, I politely decline.

If the Rep is insistent, then there's a problem.

    Otherwise, it's just a question.

As I said earlier, this is the first newer vehicle I’ve had in years, and first time I’ve had a dealership work on a vehicle in maybe a decade. I was surprised because it was unexpected.

Sorry, I didn't mean to sound coarse

The sales tactics are the same at every dealership. Be glad you're not in there needing some serious work, something expensive.

I also dislike when stealerships use stock photos in their inspection report while recommending work, like an air cabin filter, and then there is a photo of a crappy filter like it's from your vehicle. Pass.
