lol only wreck I was responsible for was gunning it for a left turn through oncoming traffic when I first got my tacoma, and realized that trucks are waaaay slower than cars, and got clipped on my rear bumper  person who clipped me didnt even slow down before hitting me.

    I feel your pain.....

This happened to me last night. unfortunately rush hour traffic leads to accidents.

looking back now, I really wish that left hand turns without advanced greens shouldn't be allowed during rush hour.

...and the only reason I have any doubts about buying my first streetbike (been on dirt bikes for a while now).

Lots of things can cause distracted driving, not just cell phones, although they are clearly the leading cause of distracted driving. I adjust my radio and drink water (and take off my shoes sometimes) while driving but try to do these things when the path is clear ahead. And it's stupidity that should be illegal, not cell phones. There's no reason heavy traffic should be any more perilous than midnight traffic except for selfish people that need to loosen up their schedule. Travel time was just an accepted part of life before everyone got in a big hurry.

Live and learn. It's one drawback of touchscreen phones - you need to see the screen to manipulate basic controls. On my Nokia E63, volume and prev/next track are bound to the cursor keys, which can be used without looking.

Chick in the Brown dress was the passenger in the other car.

Its not too bad, about $4k in cosmetic damages, grill and headlight.

Hopefully I can talk them into an aftermarket bumper and save about $3K

Did the satoshi grille make it out alright? Can't see if the brush guard damaged it on the right

There's a crack near the lower right corner. Not sure if it's the original plastic that cracked or separation between original plastic and the fiberglass/bondo added during the satoshi process.
