Did you ever give a call or email to Magnuson about this since Jeep really screwed you?

Not yet. Magnuson warranty specifically states coverage only for certified shop installs, I did DIY. While it doesn’t make any legitimate difference, I don’t have the receipts to claim the warranty.

I would like to be fully supportive since I'm also in a Mojave now, but a Supercharger adding a bunch of power resulting in a blown motor is not something that one should really expect to be covered.

Take a look in the 3rd gen supercharger thread. Haven't seen a blown engine yet

Haha maybe not, no idea. I couldn't stomach my turd gen long enough to keep it around after a yr of ownership due to the horrible transmission. I wasn't willing to modify it to make it drive like any other normal product does.

Fanboys will be fanboys, Jeep haters will be Jeep haters blah blah blah!

I think real life experience by those of us that have owned different brands and trims is important to consider, but... this is the internet!

I wish I could blend the stock dependability of the older Toyota products, the stock off road high speed performance of my ZR2, the modded crawling and flex of my Jeep rigs, the power of my F150 5.0, the low end torque and fuel efficiency of my diesel ZR2 into one package!!! Nothing is perfect :-(

    I think you want a 6x6 G-Wagon.

I think what I really want is an LT Tacoma with their proven hybrid technology, my Jeep 8speed auto and a Rubicon T-case, in a Tacoma access cab with fenders big enough to fit Mickey Thompson 255/85r17's without cutting things.... Also, a cupcake making machine, that would be a sweet bonus.

What I would give for one of the euro-spec non-yuppied utility G-wagens like you see the Frenchies romping around Chad and Mali with.

Bummer that you can only buy the super fancy trims here in the states.
