Crazy neighbor Punched my hood

WOW! that is some crazy stuff right there. I would try to talk to him about paying for the damage before going to court. At least try to work it out. If he continues to feel not responsible then use the system next.

 

Sucks op, hope truck gets fixed and you never have "dealings" with said neighbor again. If your speeding didnt send him diving for cover, not sure what set him off that much

On a side note how do some threads get so much internet publicity? Right now theres 262 guests viewing this. It's like the bottom of the page on a screwed up thread has weird recommended products. I dont understand the interwebz

 

That would surprise me. I didn’t know homeowners insurance would cover damage that was caused intentionally. This story sounds strange...

My neighborhood speed limit is 30mph, but there is no way in hell I'd ever be going that fast. I have no kids, but am protective of all the kids in the neighborhood.

Slow the hell down! Speed limit means the max speed, not what you must do.

 

We have a neighbor like that too, goes by the name of 'Truck-Puncher' same kind of reason.

This has nothing to do with my insurance. I don’t want to make a claim on my insurance if I don’t have to. I shouldn’t even have a dent in my truck...

 

Then it just will take longer to fix. Or you can try to pull the dent out with one of those pullers that uses the glue or maybe a PDR guy could take it out fairly cheap

 

I don't see how PDR will fix it if he says the paint is cracked. I would take him to court, its not your responsibility, or your insurance's to pay for his aggression.
