Drove 5 hourse to pick up this girl because she was at a party that was getting to sketchy. Her "friends" had left her there by herself with 30+ other guys all drunk as fu a couple were openly showing that they were carrying, I'm assuming unlicensed they weren't but in their late teens, handguns. When I walked in the house to find her they wanted to start sht with me and fight me and all that just because I had come to get her and they didn't want her to leave. I found her in the woods behind the house because she was hiding from a guy that had hit her and told her that he was going to have sex with her whether she liked it or not. Needless to say I was carrying and wanted to get out of there as quickly as possible. Luckily nothing happened but she burned a few bridges that night.

Wow, typical South Carolina night. Seriously though, you are a good man.

Pretty much lol it seems like the people of sc are really nice southern gentlemen and belle's(the majority) or are sketchy as fu and don't want anything to do with anyone other than their friends. Me and her are really good friends now, but that rescue effort didn't go un-rewarded.

    LOL...congrats!

I moved to small town Kingstree, SC on my own from Yankee Land at 23...I think as soon as folks realized I was a polite and mild-mannered Yankee, they trusted me.

I NEVER had a problem with local rednecks, only out-of-towners. The locals always had my back! There are many, many very cool people in this state.
