When you think about it, the front end of an electric truck can look like whatever they want. Without the requirement for a large radiator, or the space needed for an engine, it’s really up to the imagination. The form factor of what we know as a “pickup truck” will likely change drastically with the new tech.

The important thing is that people are not going to buy this Rivian, or an Electric Tacoma to “save the planet”. They will buy them because the are going to outperform gas or deisel trucks in every important metric. You’ll be an idiot not to want one.

 

Debatable. Just literally pulled up next to a Shelby Raptor yesterday and was like WTF happened? Not attractive

 

Yep, and in about ten to fifteen years when they have quit making gas, but forgot to upgrade the grid (that's that wiring that brings us our electricity), everyone's going to be walking since their electrical beasts can't find any power ANYWHERE!

 

That, or an EMP goes off...
