    But turning chili peppers into chili is beyond my scope of culinary skills. Which can best be described as non-existent. If not for a can opener, frozen dinners and microwave I’d starve. I can fry bacon and eggs and make a decent omelette.

    Chili is easy to make. Just ground meat of some sort, beef, venison, elk. Some spices, beans, tomato, onions. One pot is all you need. I have a recipe to give you a start.
