    happens all the time. i have gotten about 4-5 of those for the truck as well as 3-4 of those for the scion i dont own anymore

    I cant remember if its KBB or Edmunds but one of the sites offers a true trade in value which is lower by a few grand than what the trade in value they show up front is. IDK why they do it that way

    If it sounds too good to be true, it is.

    But I would print the KBB value out and take it down and tell them this is how much you should be offereing and see if the honor the letter.
