Did we ever reach a consensus on what causes the creaking spring sound in the front end? Mine just started doing it, so I was wondering where to suggest to the dealership to begin looking.

Just an FYI follow up... The dealership replaced the entire coilover assembly on the driver's side. All is well now.

Not sure if you have checked this or not but the front body mounts for the radiator support seem to be a common problem.

So far so good on those...This was definitely front suspension. I was easily able to recreate it for the service guy buy pushing on my side step.

I had the same problem, Boeshield at the top and bottom of the spring perches. Lasted a year, quick shot and I am good till next October. Keep it in mind if it comes back. Replacing the whole coil assembly, even under warranty, seems like a PITA. Glad they played ball and got it worked out for you.

Yeah, I won’t do it again. I’ll shoot it with TriFlo or something next time.
