Cream puff truck crap frame

I haven't posted the pictures after I cleaned off some of the rust. I'll share that after the next inspection. Unbelievable!!

I’d defiantly try another dealership, or two. I do think it’s funny when people get made that Toyota won’t put a new frame in there 10 year old truck, when half of the fords out there have rusted out after 5 years and no one says shit about it. There’s not another truck maker out ther would even consider replacing a frame after the original warranty was up.

 

Because part of Ford's deal with selling so many trucks is repeat customers constantly having to replace vehicles that are less than a decade old

This world is disposal enough are vehicles shouldn't fit in that category too! Especially when you consider what they cost.

 

10 year old frame. All over the east coast, west coast and hawaii. Lots of frame maintenance, nearly, actually no rust.

Oh and the truck is usually parked at the pier, next to the ocean every day.

 

Come to think of it I paid more money for this truck than I did for my first house. Yeah both were used but come on.

Just takes work and care. Yearly application of frame treatment.

Op Did you ever get notified for frame inspections and to get your frame coated with that stuff years ago? I had a 08 then a 14 they were both coated. I was living in Midwest.
