    The bible dates back thousands of years prior to the Quran. IIRC the Quran and muslims are a fairly new religion.

    Birds for instance, used to be huge. even the flying reptiles supposedly (seems like a pretty damn good advantage on the food chain) are now just regular lizards.

    We had wooly mammoths back then (now we have elephants) not much of a change.

    Just saying its interrestin how some species have stayed the test of time while other have had supposed drastic changes.

    Might start getting into the types of love on this.(ben probably would know more ;) ) but no, there is no contradiction in the Bible. Here is the verse.

    Genesis 2:21-24 NLT

    So the L ord God caused the man to fall into a deep sleep. While the man slept, the L ord God took out one of the man’s ribs and closed up the opening. Then the L ord God made a woman from the rib, and he brought her to the man. “At last!” the man exclaimed. “This one is bone from my bone, and flesh from my flesh! She will be called ‘woman,’ because she was taken from ‘man.’” This explains why a man leaves his father and mother and is joined to his wife, and the two are united into one.

    I agree, in fact a huge percentage of all religions hold very similar stories.

    One of the major reasons of war in the middle east is the fact that all of the religious sites have ties to both religions and they are fighting over who is right and who is wrong.
