Gotcha man, thanks for the props. I don't think I could have another thing taken from me without joining a kleptomaniacs self-help group just to show up a week later and open up on the MF's with an AK. Hopefully Winona Ryder would be there. - naw she's still haot even with the annoying lip thing, and she's 40 now.

Speaking of automatic rifles, I've been thinking about getting an ar-15. I don't hunt (eat vegetarian), but grew up knowing how to shoot a rifle and shotguns. I'd like one for target practice. Played tons of video games when I was younger with automatic weapons. We'll see.

Have you looked into the keltec rifles? they use AR mags and have a unique design allowing them to be folded very small. Reputed to be very accurate, but can be stowed under a tacoma seat - something to think about...

I know nothing about guns except how to carry them safely and aim them. I'll check it out as I get ready to make a purchase. It'll be awhile. Sounds pretty useful for being out in the middle of nowhere when it might come in handy (hopefully never though).

That's the thing, most 'OOrah MF's say your pistol is for fightin' your way to your rifle. I think in the middle of the shit this might prove accurate. Wouldn't want to find out the hard way. Still I find it a challenge to transport long-guns in my taco. I did find an overhead rack that works well in my xcab for a pistol grip pump and a short rifle. Can't see it up in the recessed area and covered with a towel matching the headliner.
