Where can I get a mounting kit for the tool box? Lowe’s doesn’t carry them anymore. Honestly, I can’t remember how I had it mounted in my 2012. “J” hook bolts maybe?

The Lowes near me has them. They have gotten away from the brand they used to have and now have them in Craftsman brand.

These work perfectly. I got two pairs for my toolbox. They hook onto the rail. I offroad with my toolbox and it doesnt budge. Tools get thrown around inside though.
