So my buddy and i installed a new clutch into my 06 4x4... and while putting everything back together, my crossmember won't line up with the transmission to put the 4 side bolts in... i know you need them there. I tried switching the crossmember around, no success... any help would be great. the truck runs fine, switches all gears well. did a test drive around the block, and over to my buddy's garage... can't figure out what is wrong. any advice would be great.

it's about 1/8 inch off and back too far will try and upload a pic, but not technically inclined. itried moving the end of the trans up and down, and the engine... doesn't get any closer.
