I'm moving to Austin TX from Santa Barbara CA in October and looking for tips on things to explore.

My overnight stops right now are:

Mojave Road (maybe) - 3 Days
Lake Havasu City - 1 night
    Flagstaff / Sedona - 1 Night
    Santa Fe - 1 Night
    Lubbock - 1 Night
    Austin

    Current POIs:

    Mojave Road
    Broken Arrow in Sedona
    Mormon Lake
    Kinnickinick Lake
    Long Lake
    Meteor Crater
    Meow Wolf

As you can see, most are in Flagstaff / Sedona area. Would love some more. Especially fun forest roads and such. I'll be alone a lot, so nothing crazy, but always happy to put the high speed runs to the test.

    Thanks!!

Mormon lake is a nice area but there really isn't much to see. I definitely suggest taking a drive to the big lake (that's the actual name) in eastern Arizona.
