Customized front and rear steel bumpers. coil over 2.5, with reservoir front and rear. 20" front curved led light bar, 17x8.5 rims.

Guys, for avoid this issues, try not to tight the frame brackets until the lights bar is set over the frame brackets and be sure to insert the bolts the way the instruction sheet says (facing up) we do this every single day with no problem. when the lights bar is bolted, then is time for tight the nuts of the frame brackets, after that you can tight the bolts and nuts of the lights bar bkts.

You can buy a primer and can at home depot. Not sure the cost but my guess it's cheaper than a shop

Will let you know tomorrow after the LineX dealer sprays it. I had my Demello sliders and skid plate LineX'd for $175. I'm sure its cheaper to buy a Rhinoliner kit but the consistency is excellent and they guarantee their work. Been on two years with no signs of breakdown or wear.

Looks awesome! Love the Hellas. Are you going to do anything with the middle light mount? I also got the three mount bar and was wondering how close the lights would be if you ran 8" or 9" lights. I was looking at some Soltek's (Baja Design) but I can't make up my mind.

That looks great. I am just curious if you would have issues with the front plate. I am about 5 seconds away from sending my paypal, just have a few doubts still.

I'm not sure what I'm gonna do yet, maybe just leave it who knows.

I'll prob leave it, around here they aren't too strict with the front plate viewing.

I didnt even put all the bolts back on, the side with two bolts for the bracket, the top one I left off to hard to get it tight. And how did you get the side with the two bolts to hold the bar down? I only have one holding the bar. This bar looks sick but is a pain in the ass to put on, and I am even a mechanic. I think rachet wrenches would have made it so much better, and I need to find a better way of getting the rest the bolts back on.

Hmmm. Now I'm thinking off getting rid of my bull bar and going with this, I'm just not feeling the black since my truck is BSP.
