my first day back after tuesdays sickness and wow did it suck. I went extra light with the WOD and was horribly slow and wasn't sure I was going to make it. Thought I was doing better, but still didn't have the energy. Maybe next week.

Overhead squats have been making a fool of me since day one. Especially on the full squat snatch. I might be able to get up 100lb with that move

Ya, I am not too good with the overhead movements. My upper body strength is shit. Always has been. Its getting better. I still struggle with more than 1 overhead squat. I got 170, but it wasnt the prettiest haha

You had me at titty. That thing is bad ass

OHS isn't one of those things that a lot of people excell at. It took me forever just to get the shoulder flexibility to even get the bar to stay above my head. Even now I have to spend some time stretching and doing some presses before my shoulders will let me do it.

I find I definately have to work up to my max on OHS as opposed to deadlift that I really only do 3x3 sets then go

Ya, they wouldnt let one of the trainers girlfriends do them for the longest time because she wasnt flexable enough. Now she is a freaking power house. All her max's arent far from mine, so I walk in and look at what she did and KNOW I have to beat here haha

I did find out that I lost 10lb of weight from that wonderful stomach bug I had on tuesday. I'm hoping that it was all water weight from beign so dehydrated that day.

I can't afford to lose weight, I'm already a little guy.

I agree, kick that douchecanoe in the baby maker if you have to.

I'm pretty sure most the girls at the gym are stronger than me. Hell most of them finish before me in the WODs.
