    That was a pretty weak time. But then again I would never get that much weight up for thusters. I don't even know if I can clean that much.

    Dude trust me. I was HEATED! Like I'd never done DUs before. And we were doing one rep max squat cleans and i missed 225 twice. 205 is no prob though. I had 225 up and everything just not firing elbows through fast enough.

    You're from CO though, we can automatically move earf. Hence you can clean 155

    I don't know, if I have to full squat clean it that could get scary. It may just crush me or I'll tip backwards and have it crush my head. I'm starting to come to terms with how weak I really am. Especially after todays max snatch attempt. Didn't even have to squat snatch. I was pissed at how little I did.

    What'd you get?

    I got 160 then decided I needed 170. Big mistake but I can tell you for sure, based off my failed snatch attempt you can get hit in the head and be alright lol. and the plates will clean your head

    110 is awesome! No need for embarassment dude good job! Think about all those turds in 24hr fitness. No way could they throw that up! Besides we all have a starting point. At first 95 was it for and that was a major struggle. Like you said just do work son!

    Thrusters blow, I am horrible with them, I dont care if its 45lbs, I am horrible. I had to miss some days this week, truck problems and trying to get it fixed. I think i only went 2 times :(

    Sadly I'm the only Taco at mine. There is one FJ but that's not really the same. You would think in a place where I live there would be more of them at my gym :(

    We have 3 silver DC's with black rims at mine lol. One of them is a LB though. We have a sick one, I think it was LT, but I only saw it for a second late one night. It looked pretty bad ass
