That's the way to do it. 20rds of Cindy. You can also do a split time: 1mi time, cindy time (AMRAP 20min), remaining time, 1mi. Kinda need to see it all broken down. For me, my big ass was truckin that first mile with a low 6min/mi then the last one was high 8 lol

    This morning did 3rds
    10 Clusters 135#
    10 HSPU
    400m run

Looking forward to tonight, 250m run, 50 CTB PU, 2k row, 50 Burpees

The RX today was 20lb weight vest and you had to do 1 mile, 100 pull ups, 200 push ups, 300 squats, and 1 mile. Couldnt break it up. They were some crazy asses

Damn! As far as I know you can break it up but each box/trainer is different. That WOD tonight was a ball buster, did not expect it. 18:36.

I guess so, I wasnt about to do 100 pullups in a row because I ripped bad last time. haha. I have noticed the ones you least expect will kick your ass the worst.

It was not fun. I felt good because I was 2nd, but felt like shit because no weight vest and someone doing RX was only 6 mins behind me.

OK guys, I've been interested in Crossfit for quite some time but never took that extra step and dove in. What minimal equipment would I need to get by? I honestly don't have time to make it to the gym. I would just have to make/buy some the stuff and try to fit it into the 8 hours I'm not at to or en route to work. (BTW, I know it's intense, and I'm not just a girl going into this blindly- I do have a degree in Kinesiology.)

Honestly, you dont need much. Depends where you'll be doing the workouts. If you have the area at home, I'd recommend a few more items than if you plan to hit the park and do the workouts.
Fwiw, when I dont go to the cf gym, I do it at the park. This gives me a place with a pullup bar. Pullup bars at least give you the ability to do pullups, knees to elbows/toes to bars, etc. I also bring a jump rope and I actually even bought an ab-mat that I bring.
Anyway, minimum stuff imo would be the pull up bar, jump rope, ab mat, and if you'll be doing stuff at home that you dont need to lug around w/ you, a medicine ball and kettle bells.

THANKS! I will start pricing kettle and medicine balls this weekend. I've already got an ab mat and maybe I can make a pull up bar of some sort. And jump ropes are pretty easy to come by. I'll post against once I jump on the wagon! :D

And if you werent aware, you can follow just about any crossfit website to find the WOD. Watch videos on crossfit.com to make sure your form is good. This is the most important thing. The reps and fast times will come once you have the form nailed down :)
