The rest required weights. Was 5 rounds of 10 deadlift, 20 wall ball, 30 weighted situps

Oh, ok. Thanks! I slept all day by mistake, so there's no telling what I'll decide on for a workout.

I recommend something involving lunges and burpees

Here is a video of burpees http://media.crossfit.com/cf-video/CrossFit_Burpees.wmv
With burpees make sure you stand up all the way and jump with every rep. Don't forget to clap your hands at the top!

Could try this for a workout. 5 rounds of 10 burpees, 20 lunges (with each leg and your knee must touch the floor with each rep), 30 weighted situps since I know you were itching to do those :)

So think of it as 40 lunges each round.

Going to give this a shot in a bit. Started drinking with supper last night and then crashed. Going to research this burpee thing- my mac doesn't like those wmv files.

Well stop screwing around and get to doing those burpees, lunges and weighted situps! You can't get better if you don't do anything! Turn on some music that get's you amped up to work out and GO! Come on! 3,2,1, GO!

I always take sat, sun off because of work. I'm no longer sick like I was last week so I'm excited to get back to the middle of the pack instead of being last! :woot:

Thanks coach! :D That's actually the kind of motivation that works on me.

No music, ESPN SportsCenter for the first bunch, then I went down the hall to another room that had more open space and nobody sleeping below it. I had DEAD silence to finish.

    Results:
    • 50 blurpees - no clap, but brought hands closely together (can't wake the sleeping people)
    • 150 regular crunches - tried with my medicine ball, its way too bulky and my abs said NO very firmly
    • 200 lunges - 40 with the medicine ball just bc I felt like a was slacking in the other 2 areas

Thought I may need to go back for more crunches, but I'm pretty toasted now. Thank you for finding that video for me. I'll have to remember to check youtube for the non .mov files.

+1 rep for all the help!

Sounds like a nice little burner. I havent looked at it, but everyday the main site had a WOD on it and you can follow that as closely as you can or want. Keep up the work though.

    Thanks! :)

My buddy below (or above, according to your settings) was helping me out by suggesting something for a rookie with limited equipment. This was only my 2nd CrossFit workout and I'm still in major pain from the first one. Hopefully I will be able to get by my local CrossFit gym and pick up some additional skills and exercises soon!

WTF?! Crunches? I'm hoping that's just a typo and you really did full situps...

    And what was your time?

Didn't know it was supposed to be for time. Guesstimating I'd say 35 -40 minutes. The blurpees took me the longest. Couldn't pop out more than 5 at a time on them.

 I don't know what you consider crunches. My definition is feet are crossed in the air, going all the way up. Without someone or something to hold my feet, a regular (feet on the ground) sit-up isn't gonna happen. And I was SOL on finding a holder. Are we on the same page?? Maybe it's also considered a sit-up; I've just always said crunches...
