    Got 425lbs on my deadlift today, I was freakin pumped when it hit the ground. It was a struggle but I freakin got it. :woot:

    Easier and do-able are two very different things. I can probably do 5-7 pull-ups, and can possibly keep my chin above the bar around a minute. That's the extent of my pull-up bar endurance on a good day.

    Tabada (8 rounds each, 20sec each, 10sec rest)

    Thrusters w/ 25lb KBs
    Burpees
    KB swings (35lb)
    Double Unders

    My numbers were:

    Then we did a 2min plank for cooldown.

    I felt so good today, but I just didnt put up the numbers for some reason. I should've pushed harder. I know I had at least 3-5 more pullups and I really should've had a better total # for the wod. oh well. theres always tomorrow :)

    Well thanks for cuttin a man down :( haha I felt like shit cuz the guy after me was goin a lot heavier, thought he was goin for 500, but I counted wrong and it was actually 490, so the whole gym was pumped til the trainer counted, I felt like the biggest ass ever

    Today was a good one....

    3 rep back squats. I started at 135 and added 10s until I got to 205.

    WOD:
    every minute, on the minute for 10 mins: 100yd sprint + 5 pushups.
    iirc, I had: 21sec, 21, 21, 21, 22, 22, 23, 23, 21, 22.

    Then 3x 15 knees to elbows.

    That actually gives me an idea though. How about we all post up a personal goal for, lets say, July 4th? Thats just about 12-13 weeks out.

    Then we can set another for end of the summer?

    Mine: 50 consecutive double unders.

    These consistently ruin my times on any WOD. I NEED to improve in this area if I want any good time/number that involves them.

    Thanks man :D I would love to hit that weight. I would rather hit 350 on my back squat, right now I am at 300.

    We have something like this at my gym, but I havent really contributed. I was gonna put 400lbs on deadlift, but got that yesterday. I will have to think about it.

    Nice, is he as into his truck as you are?

    10 straight muscle ups would be an awesome goal.

    Also, I run into people around town like that all the time. We have a bunch of Taco's at mine and most of them are pretty into theirs. We always talk about them :D

    Also, today we did the bar routine to start, I hate doing it. Feel tired after lifting a bar lol. Then we did:

    400m run
    50 thrusters 45lb
    400m run
    50 burpees
    400m run
    50 hang squat clean
    400m run

    21:00

    It was an ass kicker, especially being sore from doing press on tuesday and dead lifts yesterday

    WOD:
    21-15-9

    Overhead Squat (65lb)
    Ring Dips (unassisted)

    9:03

    Then did 500m row for time: 1:47

    Then did max pushups in 2mins: 50

    ---------

    Overall I'm just tired from the week. I hit 5 days in a row and my body is tired. I noticed it most on the squats. Not terribly disappointed in todays numbers though. Now I get to rest all weekend :cool:

    I gotta check the main page still, but I guess there was a BAMF in the truest form of the word at the SD/AZ sectional. Dude did everything RX'd with one leg. In the video you can see him doing DUs

    Goal: Get my muscle ups back and DUs down again, the knee fucked up my progress for awhile. With that said however;

    Yesterday:
    Lift: DL 5rm @ 405#
    WOD: 10,9,8,7,6,5,4,3,2,1 Pullups and abmat situps
    3:33 (half evil :devil:)

    Today:
    My own CFE type WOD: 17-18min
    4x250 swim with 1 min rest inbetween sets
