Just did Fran for the first time ever. Unfortunately I'm suffering from a cold/sinus infection. That made for an interesting time trying to breathe. I know I could have done better if I wasn't sick. Got 7:04. Not to thrilled with that.

Fran is a bitch and your time with a cold is not that bad at all! I just got back in the box after 3 weeks off. Back issue(non crossfit related) and 2 vacations and it felt good!!

The knee is an never ending problem. The arms have been getting better. I use a tee ball to work out the pain/soreness in the tendons and muscles after workouts.

I have been the same way. I use a lacrosse ball. After I tore my tricep tendon it put stress on the bicep tendon. I let the triceps tendon heal got a cortizone shot yo help the inflammation and I have been OK. Not 100% but a strong 80%

i was looking forward to the competition aspect of it. That's what brings the best out in people. At least regionals will be an actual competition and I'm going to try like hell to get one of those 60 spots.

You will never really get use to the altitude. A month of not doing anything will pretty much make you feel like you've never done this stuff before
