I’ve got the itch to pick up another gun and sell two that I never shoot.

I’ve got a few on my wish list:

12ga coach gun - Seems like decent home defense. My 30” beretta is great for sporting clays, but not easy to swing around if I hear a bump in the night.

Some sort of 4-6” .357 - I like revolvers, but my 3” Ruger is a real knuckle buster with hot loads and I never carry it.

A Glock - I’ve never owned a Glock before. Why not? The G19x looks cool.

A Marlin Camp 9 - A 9mm carbine that will take the same magazines as my S&W 5943 sounds cool.

A Beretta 92 inox- A solid platform that shoots well, why not?

What would use said gun? If no Glock yet and you are looking for a 9mm, I would go with the 19. 30 if looking for a 45auto.

The baretta would be cool but remember that if you had to use it unless you carry it around cocked, first shot will be double action.

No purpose, other than something to leave in the bedroom and occasionally take to the range.

    Either of the pistols are good. I have a 19 and a 92fs .

The 92 is kinda cool cause it's not just another striker fired pistol. Plus all the old movies like die hard use them .

Plus the trigger on that 92 in single action is feather light

No reason to not buy the 19X, just bought one myself and it handles great. Feels more balanced than my 17 but more comfortable and secure than my 19. For sub $600 it’s sweet. I vote 19X

Coach gun looks fun. But I lust after a .357 wheelgun.

I'm strongly leaning towards trading up to a G19x, G45, or G19 at this point. I only shot like 4 times last year, and 3 of those were sporting clays with the shotgun, so I really do need to thin out the small collection.

How about a CZ75 B? Great reliable and super comfortable combat proven pistol. That would be my next one if I was gonna buy another 9mm. But I'd go with a S&W model 19 classic first since I only have 9mm pistols right now.

Many people absolutely hate it but Chiappa Rhino.
I have a 200DS 2" and shoots great. Can shoot full
power 357 loads with not a lot of kick due to shooting from
the bottom cylinder. 38's make you think you are shooting
    a .22.
I am about to get the 6" with gold finish.

I have had a 12 Ga Rossi stagecoach for several decades. It is 20 inch with hammers and double triggers. In new like condition. I also have the Stoger 12 Ga stagecoach without hammers. I would not recommend either for home defense, between the two the Stoger would be easier to handle in the middle of the night.

A 18 inch Mossberg with pistol grip (I have several) would be the better choice. However, for coolness the Rossi is the leader.

When I wanted to get a shotgun for my wife for home defense got a double barrel 410. Had it cut down to 18.5. She liked it a lot. GLWB9(s).

I have a old double pedestal book case headboard water bed I've had since I was a kid. Replaced the waterbed mattress with a regular pillow top years ago.

I have a Mossberg Shockwave loaded with Fiocchi low recoil 00 mounted to the side of the bed, and a S&W 6906 loaded with 147 gr Ranger T's on the headboard. Also have a little Ruger LCP loaded with 95 gr Ranger T's in the night stand drawer.

Forgot about the S&W 642 that would be in my jeans pocket loaded with 130 gr Ranger Bonded ammo when I'm sleeping.

Sad thing is...the way I sleep, someone could probably blast a door off, roll me out of bed on the floor and I'd never wake up.

The shotgun stays where it's at all the time. Only reason for having the 3 handguns in there, is their the ones I carry depending on the situation.
