Might want to edit OP to say "back way" to Crown King. Maybe we give the prerunners the option to go the front way and we all meet up at the top?

Maybe make 2 lists - one for the 4x4 back way peeps and another list for those who want to play it safe (pleeeeease no 2wd the back way!)

Even if we were allowed.. I would say we shouldnt. I know all of us are smart and respectful but its not worth it ya know. I'm sure we would be ok without it.

We'll check right before we go up, but I have a lantern and plenty of propane plus I always bring a gas stove to cook with.
