    I used the factory seal and added some 3m window weld I think it's called and I did not seal the boot and mine haven't had one bit of moisture build up

    Well these are eBay lights(I know, I know) so I'm pretty sure it's either the seal and or boot, since I had to cut them to fit over the HIDs.
