Just a bunch of old crap
Channan and I had a great time this weekend. The trail run was a successs with no rollovers, injuries, or significant vehicle damage that wasn't intended. The camp area was super easy to use, and without the rain we would have had a perfect time. Glad most of us stayed dry and at least the temps were very mild. Next time we camp, we should camp for longer than just one night. I felt like I spent 2 days making and breaking camp with minimal time to relax. Slept like a baby last night in my own bed though!

Great to meet some of you whom I had not met yet in person. We had a very diverse group of folks on the trip which always makes for an interesting time.

I think a Friday afternoon is perfect, so there's time to get set up before the sun goes down. I hate making a good camp in the dark, but it's going to depend on who goes with me. If it's just me, then I pack super light and can be set up pretty damn fast.

I'm In for another trip. I definitely agree that the one night thing isn't enough. I'm thinking maybe a Williams or Payson trip. Maybe Globe or Strawberry area too. Regardless, I had a blast. It was good seeing some of you guys again and meeting some new peeps. I actually called in today. Lol wasn't ready to go back to work. Gotta love sick time.
