Lol.. no way. My sway bar. Read a thread just for the pro comp 3" lift and everyone said that after taking the sway bar off it rides so much better.

ohh all right, that is what i will do once i get mine all done in about 2 weeks. You have less transfer of energy from one side to the other... It is called independent suspension for a reason, why go and connect them with a stupid sway bar unless you are taking fast turns... and if you are you should have gotten the X-runner!

Yeah I know you could over extend them.. but I dont think its a big issue. Especially since my pro comps aren't pre-loaded.

Just a bunch of old crap
I had my sway bar off for a while, but when I put my bumper and winch on and went romping, I kept hitting the passenger tire on the top of my wheel well. The driver's side wasn't hitting because of the 1/4" spacer to comp for the lean. I put it back on just for that reason, otherwise it was fun with it off. If I had a lighter front end, I would probably have it back off again. Maybe when I upgrade to the full OME front end with 886's instead of the 885's I have, I'll try it off again.

Doesn't hurt to try huh.. I think ill be fine with It off. Especially after I do some more fender trimming. My left front black fender lining keeps rubbing at full turn in reverse. I'm gonna try using some double sided tape to hold it up. It's lose so the tire grabs It.
