I'd do it but it's too hard to drive and do good photography :(

I'll still have my DSLR and lens in tow anyway.

Hopefully I'll have my 18-55mm lens for my Nikon replaced by then, but if not I'll bring the point and shoot and the Lumix. Ideally I'd like to GoPro the entire trail but I don't have $300 kicking around right now. Fuck you, IRS.

I have the GoPro HD 2 however the standard battery only lasts about 1.5 or so hours. However if I had the battery backpack I think it would last the whole drive. Too bad I'm not going up on Friday with you guys I would let you mount it to your light bar.

I did a video with it of Bulldog Canyon when I had my Xterra:

I used my iPhone for part of the trail we did in wickenburg lol. I have a windshield mount that worked great! If the battery started to die I'd just plug it in the cig charger :D

Yea that's a good idea, I have used the GoPro though the window before and it turns our OK, its just so much better if its mounted somewhere on the outside of the truck.

    Bump.

Just trying to get a better feel for how many folks are truly interested in this run. I think that if we have too many, it will take way too long. A good tight group should be able to knock this trail out by lunch without issue.
