I have a 2008 4cyl 2X4 with 160k miles. I just got it and don’t know much about it, but according to Toyota’s website, the recalls are up to date. There aren’t any codes thrown. The cruise control went out (no light on dash and doesn’t engage) a few weeks back, as well as the power outlets under the radio. I replaced the fuse for the power outlets and they work now, but CC still doesn’t. I took off the CC switch to see if the internal mechanical switch broke. That wasn’t the problem, so I put everything back. Now the turn signals do not work. Also, the tire pressure light won’t reset and sometimes blinks for no reason. There aren’t any other dash lights on other than the tire pressure light.

I don’t know when the coil spring recall was done, so I’m not sure if it has problems again. Is there a way to troubleshoot the problem without blindly replacing parts and hoping that’s it? I’m a novice when it comes to car repair. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.
