    Tasteful modifications :)
Wondering if there’s any simple way to install cruise control on my 97. I put a lot of highway miles on it driving to see my girlfriend or driving home to my house for holidays and stuff. It’s just a pain having to always have my foot on the gas. If anyone has any suggestions, they would be greatly appreciated. Thanks yall

Aftermarket ones are simple to install.

Wow. I went through a WHOLE process of trying to install OEM factory cruise control on my 96, which I documented via two Youtube videos, before running into a brick wall. During that time, I also bought a brand new Rostra Universal Cruise Control kit, including the steering wheel switch for the right side. I was trying to figure out a way to use that or the OEM Toyota switch, and hook it up to the Rostra. After a while, I ended up selling my beloved 96 just last year, and bought my new 2019 TRD Sport. BUT, the good news is that I still have the Brand New Rostra Universal Cruise Control Kit, still in the box, unopened, as well as the steering wheel switch! Man, they are doing me no good at all, just sitting here, and I will be glad to entertain an offer for them. They DO install easily and will work on your truck. It just wouldn't have worked with me, because of the way I wanted to do it. Message me if interested in buying the Rostra kit off of me. It will be the best deal around!
