Cruise holds gears longer on inclines

    So this is a pretty obvious issue as the pre-TSB 2016s would never upshift, even once you were going down the other side of a hill.

    However, once cruise was fixed by the trannyTSB I found it shifts WAY better in the mountains than D without cruise. Typically, it'll hold 3rd/4th as necessary to get up a long hill, rather than getting caught in the upshifting/downshift loop.

    Anybody else notice the huge difference in mountain/hilly driving when using D in cruise VS. D without cruise?

    This, more than ECT mode and/or S-Mode, had made this truck tolerable in the mountains for me.

    Just got REV 1 flashed. Hopefully the cruise behavior remains the same from the original TSB.
