I got an error message about cruise not available in the snow yesterday. Went away this morning though. Bought the truck in Dec 2020, should I call my dealer to have them check it out?

No, heavy show and rain can cause the system to disable,,,, of course cruise shouldn't be used at those times anyways, so not an issue.

Did you get snow on the front TSS sensor? Radar would not work if so.

Too many mods and I haven't even started yet..
Your forward radar was probably covered in a layer of snow.

Is the sensor dirty? You probably know this, if you turn on cruise and hold it for a couple of seconds you get standard cruise and not the silly adaptive (my opinion that is) cruise.

Snow on the PCS radar in the grill will cause that. Keep the center emblem clear of ice and snow and you'll be fine.

I see it's Friday in the 3rd gen forum. You can feel the disturbance in the Force.

My old man used to have a volvo years ago. Would I be able to put on something like this to get it to work in the snow?

Cruise control is safest if used on icy roads. Hope this helps.

Jeez,,,. Keep that shit up, and you won't have to worry about the cruise, your doors will be frozen shut and you won't even be able to get in.

@taco-houla the fastest and easiest fix to lightly tap the bumper into a wall or other solid object, it will dislodge the snow as well as re-seat any loose electrical connections in the grill.

    Hope this helps.
