Yup... Just made a pretty good chunk of ETH on that run. Not saying I'm good at this stuff, but I think I'm starting to understand it. Lol.

Thanks, I’m still learning all there is to learn about crypto trading. Wish I had gotten some just a little earlier then... hit it at about $0.025 so at least I still made a little!

Like I was told, and honestly it's one of the best pieces of advice I've been given, don't focus on the dollar amount. Focus on the Satoshi. Which is that eight place decimal number without the decimal.

    So example:

Coin XYZ is worth 0.0005000 or 5,000 Satoshi.

Also focus on the coin it's paired with.

    XYZ/BTC
    XYZ/ETH
    XYZ/LTC

If you sell that coin at 5,000 Satoshi, you'll have 0.0005000 of whatever coin it's paired with. If that coin saw a 100% gain, you'd have 10,000 Satoshi (or 0.0010000) of whatever coin it was paired with.

Then you have to see what THAT coin is doing compared to the USD if that's what you want to focus on.

I compared it to the movie Inception when it was explained to me. It's a market within a market. Dream within a dream. Think of it that way. To get back out, you have to kick yourself back up a level.

I'm still a newbie myself. Don't take advice unless you actually understand what you're being told. That's another good rule to follow.

It was over 100% earlier. I bailed and got a good chunk of ETH out of it.

Altho I have not cashed out yet from binance, I have from gdax. The fees are relatively small to trade on binance. Trading back to ether, then making a deposit to gdax from Eth address is cheap or free. Then make a limit sell to USD account on gdax with no fee then withdraw to bank account with no fee.

There are ways to limit the losses from fees if you learn the systems. I’m not making any more purchases on coinbase when I can do a limit buy at or below market on gdax and not pay a cent.

They want to take your picture. I guess to compare it to the picture they want of your license.

If you do the verification at Coinbase that should transfer over to GDAX. That’s what I did.

Depends. If the market is moving ill check quite often as it means im placing more buy/sell limits.

Days like today and yesterday where things are slow...meh when i get around to it really. I know my limits are going ot take time to hit so not really worried and not needing to make news ones often.

It is one thing i wish they would add to gdax is notifications that orders have sold/bought
