I completely agree man, and I don't think the general person has any issues with people who work at banks, but more so the people who run them. It's the same as any other major industry. Personally I have zero money in banks and only use credit unions. But I do thank you for the work you do and looking out for the common folk!

That being said, I'm sure you know what SWIFT is? I think the biggest make-or-break for crypto is the fact that swift is slow and takes a series of approvals, in series, to transfer the money, where as crypto approves in parallel across all nodes on the network, verifying the transaction pretty much instantly by millions of computers at once.

It's hilariously ironic that the entire reason I want to invest in crypto is the same reason it's taken a week for my money to get moved around.

So for clarification, what is the current status on each platform, concerning the personal information you have to provide, sounds like there's a cap on the amount then you have to provide more info.??

The banking system and Fed are corrupt and manipulate ALL markets. Stability in the markets is a cause of that manipulation.

That's not a crazy prediction. Cryptos are even looking at a way to incorporate SMS features to send crypto $$$. Remember... Almost everyone in Afghanistan has a cell phone...

Alt Coins- which is what I was talking about yesterday...

The next coin I'm buying is FeatherCoin... Komodo has an ICO coming up. NEO is supposed to be the platform the Chinese are going to prefer when they open it back up again...

What you're asking is the million $$$ question. Literally.

IRS views all crypto currency as property. If you sell (i.e. convert back to USD) then you will in fact have to pay capital gains tax.

Just so I’m understanding - you don’t want/like stable markets?

I do know SWIFT, yeah. Again I think you hit the nail on the head - these technologies are going to force amazing changes in how we process payments across the globe.

Once you sign up for a Bittrex account you literally just transfer you BTC/ETH/LTC to your Bittrex wallet. It's super easy. Like, literally that easy- a few clicks of a mouse and a few minutes.

Basically that's how it works. Also, to answer your question from earlier, I believe the max amount is $5K daily.

No not at all, I was just saying that in general that seems to be the common opinion on it. You are absolutely correct, but I've heard so many people say "I don't trust it bc drug dealers use it" without understanding what's actually going on. I think in the future it will become more regulated - if it continues to be used. Other networks outside of Bitcoin have different infrastructures, some of them are actually working to make it the industry standard. There are crypto currency companies that are currently working with the Federal Reserve for the future of digital payments, so it's not that crazy when you think about it.

Personally, I have zero desire to buy or ever use Bitcoin. However, the technology behind block chaining is pretty amazing and IMO will change the way money is handled over the next century. I think the key is finding the right currency that's going to be used commonly.

    Definitely want/like stable markets.

IMO, we currently have ‘stable’ markets because they won’t let equities or bond market to correct to fair value

It's definitely extremely volatile... 30% swings in a single day are insane compared to the stock market.

How feasible is it to day trade Bitcoin? Like 8k for 1 coin initial investment. Sell over 10, buy at 8-9, lather rinse repeat. Not sure how much fees are per transactions of that magnitude, but interest is piqued...
