pffft only 64 XRP buy order :p (totally just teasing FYI, id love to have 64 XRP)

Do you have the problem if you leave Binance open it eventually freezes up? I use Firefox on my laptop and it seems like after a bit itll freeze up especially if im multitasking. But I often have it open and just watch the ticker in the tab title.

I am a small time trader man. I have $388 all in at this point. And against my better instincts last week I listened to a friend and held TRX and XRP past their highs when I was over $200 up. Sadly I didn't and now I'm about that in the hole thanks to some dumb trades. Been doing the day trading thing on the waves and been slowly crawling out of that hole. I took half what I have and thew the Hail Mary on ECC because if I am going to die onthis experiment, I'm going out on my terms.

I have it running off my personal laptop with the monitor next to my work screens. I haven't froze up in a couple days, but it's the only thing running on that computer on chrome.

The rest of my computing is on my work laptop/screens.... desk looks like a super hacker out of the movies at this point.

I was totally kidding. Ive made my share of bad trades too. Both bad on thinking a company would do something only to have it drop and both waiting to long to get out. Thankfully you can (generally) recover them back.

The nice thing with binance is you can use the limit-order and set a trigger for it to sell. Just keep adjusting it up with a rise. Then when it starts to dip itll sell once it hits your trigger point. I do it with a lot of my trades if im not actively watching it. Sure sometimes itll sell and the coin goes up further but sometimes it keeps dropping to. I ALWAYS figure getting some profit is a safer and smarter move than hoping to get the MAX possible profit cause most of the time youll miss out.

Hmm I think mine freezing has to do with firefox to be honest. I really need to switch. I use firefox on the mining and gaming pc, just haven't switched on the HTPC's or laptop.

And trust me I'd be scared if someone saw my "office". Right now one half (and the floor) is PC parts and cables all over and the other half is all gun stuff lol. Reminds me of the movies where they show a guy building a bomb with wires and parts all over a desk and usually a gun or two >.>

Lol. My 'stress ball' sits on my work computer to keep me from beating the shit out of it every time Adobe freezes up my IE. We beta tested Adobe DC and even after the roll back to XI shit has been broke.

I’ve got a few bucks invested, and I’m up about $300 at this point thanks to you guys. When I hit it big and make that taco money, I’ll pay off the truck and I’m out fools! :D

In all seriousness, I’ve enjoyed this thread thoroughly gents. Bought a few (164) ADA today just to add to my portfolio.

Not surprised on the minimums. I know awhile back CB/gdax was getting hammers on fees and TX sizes. All those small ass transactions cause large TX sizes which cost more to process. Wish I could find the info on it now but meh

Yep. Think about all the crazy fake news stuff thats been going on. Hell even Harvard is left bent. Not saying that crypto has anything to do with politics but exerting information in a candy coated way can help sway traders. Look at how Iota let the microsoft thing hang around before they cleared it up. Information is more important about the crypto than the crypto.

Binance always freezes on me. I have to close and re open charts after about 5 mins, usually while having multiple windows open.

    :bikewheelie2:

Yup. Pretty much anyone/anything mainstream hates crypto because it goes against everything they've know their whole life. Of course Buffet hates BTC, it's infringing on his multi-billion dollar ponzi scheme.

I convinced my parents to invest with me two months ago. They were VERY skeptical. I went 11x the first month for them and they're STILL telling me I'm crazy for investing in this. WTF. I just don't get it.

Most people just dont have any grasp on what cryptocurrency is. For most its a "made up currency" since they dont understand the block chain and its potential.

ask them if they understood home computers when they first came out, or cell phones or the internet, or social media.

O very true. ive explained it to a few coworkers. Difference in cell phones, pc's, ect is its not a currency. its a physical product. Trying to explain how a "coin" can have value when you never can physically see said coin is hard
