Anyone here older than 45? If so, does this remind you of dot com bubble? So much excitement about the tech but not really sure how to make money off it yet, or at least not fully adopted.

 

I’m not over 45 but close. I do agree with the comparison to the the .com bubble in the late 90’s/early 00’s. Hopefully we see some insane long term profits like Amazon stock.

 

i am watching this thread but dont feel like i have anything of value to add because i havent taken the time to research anything that hasnt been done and dont feel like complaining about all the red i see since i started about two months ago

 

At this point of the market, I am looking at it through the lens that BTC has already hit its top and will not be surpassing the 69k ath. I sold off about 10% of my portfolio after the bounce up from this last fall a week ago. I’m holding it in cash/USDC in the case of another market fall (which I believe is very possible btc pulls down to mid 30k’s). Then it’s a matter of holding and waiting for btc to do its retrace and hopefully we’ll see alts flying as we have in previous btc cycle retraces. At that point I will be selling almost completely out of the market.

The BTC dominance has been still playing around that 40% level I mentioned early last week. Once we see a clear breakdown of that level, a true alt season will be on the table.

Possibly. Shits going to be volatile both directions so longing and shorting btc will be like flipping a coin for a while IMO

 

This bull run has had more huge milestones “ETF and hedge funds” BTC supply level on exchanges is extremely low I feel like until this reverses I’m still bullish am I overlooking something? I know we’ve been following the stock market and that hasn’t been good these last few weeks.

 

IMO, BTC hedge funds and ETF = less parabolic tops and more market manipulation similar to what we see in traditional markets.

 

So who else got the msg from someone trying to buy crypto from you?

It was like 8 months ago... straight up spread eagle pictures of his wife. I guess he sent them to some other people too.
