I also did a big step for me. I got a dang honest to god, Bitcoin/Visa Credit Card. I really don't want to spend BTC, I am still wanting to get more (I have a near-perfect 1975 Ford Maverick for sale, 33k miles).

For those who say about BTC "but, I can't spend it", now you can. I bought a couple of 12 packs of Cola, a couple of tanks of gas. Yup, it appears to the merchant and the gas pump as a plain jane, generic credit card. It has RFID chip, I just wanted to see it work.

I love that this is happening. BTC general acceptance is good. But I want to buy BTC, not spend it, at this point.

Speaking of Gox, I got this recently. It's creating an NFT to prove that you were one of the early adopters. I don't see much use in it beyond bragging rights. At this point, I don't need to sign up for 'moar stuff' for nothing.

With so many retail investors and financial media calling for a recession, it seems too obvious. Stuff like that is not predictable by regular people. If it was, anyone would be a winner in the market. Also, retail is never encouraged to exit the market before it dumps. My money is literally bet on there being a huge rise in the markets, stock and crypto, before we head into a recession/depression. All this media attention around a recession, IMO, is to scare retail out so they can FOMO people back in at the top to use them for exit liquidity.

The most interesting thing about the financial markets is that no one has ever been able to consistently predict anything. That is truly fortunate and the great equalizer. It gives the common man a chance.

My above post is of course just to stir the pot.

With that said a number of variables are aligning for the worse....making a recession more likely in my humble retail opinion. Technically it requires 2 quarters of decreased GDP. We just received the data that the last quarter qualified as the first....so would just need 1 more. The remaining positive economic variables are low unemployment with record low numbers requesting unemployment benefits.

It’s definitely true that no one can predict what they will do, however, IMO it is also true that they are heavily manipulated which is what makes them so impossible to predict for almost every retail investor.

Did anybody else pick anything up early today? It wasn't fun watching everything crash last night.

Sounds like Dokwon has a new plan for Terra? I would think it’s gonna be hard to get any faith back.

I completely agree. Luna is dead. Been delisted and doesn't even have charts avail on tradingview. I feel bad for people that had a significant amount of money in it.
USD was down to .16 last I looked.
There's no coming back from this for them IMO.

I got into some AVAX recently, I dont see it going anywhere and its sitting about 1/3 of its ATH with multiple projects building subnets and talks of APE possibly going to AVAX I think it will be headed back up.
