@teamhypoxia it’s looking like the second scenario I laid out earlier is on track to play out just as I suspected. I will try and update everyone tomorrow morning to confirm, but here’s the current chart. Litecoin has currently broke the $350 support and is on its way down to test the bullish support trend line. If it breaks that too it’ll probably drop quite significantly. Could be an interesting night for litecoin. Hopefully it’ll bounce off the support and rise again for everyone here who is holding it. I think a bounce is more likely since the support has been tested twice in the last two hours without breaking.

Haha, I'd be happy to keep everyone posted. I'm a big fan of it, we shall see. Symbol is XRP.

For starters, the company Ripple itself is putting 55 Billion XRP into an escrow account for 5 years. There's only 99.999999999 billion in existence. So over half the available supply is about to get locked up. Supply and demand, right? Why would the company want to hold on to that much? o_O

I also have read, but can't find the article now, that they sit on the Federal Reserve's task force for improving future digital payments.

AMEX announced last week that they will be using Ripple as a test platform.

I think you may be right, lets see!

I'm a few hours behind so I'll keep an eye on it. I'd like to see it drop below 250 to get in :anonymous:

I don't know how to put this....
Didn't you say it will either 1) go up or 2) go down?

A more than fair retort. What I’m trying to point out is that as it has gone down it has behaved mostly as I predicted. Of course it can only go either up or down at any particular instance, but predicting what it will do in either of those situations is where you make your money. You make your plans for both scenarios and then put one into action when the coin shows you which way it’s going to go. You’re not going to win 100%, but it’s better than having no plan or no clue at all.

Will do! Funds were available right away but just didn’t necessarily show. Bought LTC back at $315 each so made $35 each share
I have invested in the following
smaller coins; IOTA, SALT, Ripple, Stellar (XLM). Also looking into NEO and NEM (XEM). Can write up info later this weekend.
Awesome, I hope he is right!
Glad I got in at .24 a share. Will be scooping more up

Coinbase won't let me in on my desktop at work but GDAX will... Coinbase app works on my phone though. Anyone else having this problem?

I've been told by a Amazon employee in the near future they will accept Litecoin as a payment method similar to overstock. BTC was never mentioned

Nevermind... got it. Apparently for some reason Chrome still had me logged in. Good thing I'm the only one who uses this thing. Gonna have to remember to sign out at the end of the day.

For those of you following along with my Litecoin TA charts, I have your morning update. Overnight it settled into a nice channel with $320 support and $340 resistance. The channel moved sideways through the bullish trend I identified yesterday. Over the last two hours that trend line has been tested as a resistance without breaking. This leads me to believe that Litecoin will continue sideways or downward in the next few hours today. As always DYOR and I apologize there are no new trend lines on this picture showing the overnight channel, but I am on my phone at the airport. If someone wants to add them and repost that would be cool.

It’s hard to say how one will affect the other. I do think that whichever of the two is cheapest on Coinbase will get a lot of attention from people new to the crypto world thinking they are getting a better value. Right now that is litecoin. This is one reason my prediction of a sideways/downward move over the next couple hours may prove to be wrong. It’s a perfect example of the battle between technical and sentimental analysis.

This is exactly why I think litecoin will cool down considerably if/when it’s price gets on par with ETH.
