    The stock water pump will have this issue if you take out your thermostat. So a faster pump could have the same issue. Just something g to watch out for. Better safe that sorry.

    Ahh, I am not talking about the engine water pump but the supercharger intercooler pump. It doesn’t have a thermostat.

    This is a Taco shroud:

    Taco one looks like the fan opening is offset toward the bottom. FJ/4R looks centered. I think it will mostly depend on how the engine sits relative to the radiator. If the Taco engine sits lower in the bay than the FJ/4R it may not work. We’ll see...

    My tracking number says Wednesday delivery. I probably won’t have time to tinker until the weekend though. I’ll report back what I find.
